If you really want to

If you really want to stop smoking, all you need to do is find a substitute to it. I know of folks who picked up caffeine instead, or nicotine gum. These measures have been known to help rather well for a lot of Americans because they now have something else to occupy their minds and time with. It can help you too. Hypnotism: I don’t know how it does it or how it works, but I have heard that you can be helped to stop some very nasty habits using hypnotism. So, if it can work for weight loss, why shouldn’t it be able to work for smoking? Id try it at least to see how it will work, or not; after all, there’s no side effect. If you are looking to stop smoking, I know of a few doctors who can help you with helpful tips. But why settle for mine when you can find a few of yours. Simply have a chat with your own family doc. They have basically the same training and can share incredibly helpful ideas with you on stopping smoking. If mine can help me, so can yours. If your life is on the line, you would have no trouble stopping the nicotine. If you think you cannot ever quit, just wait until you get that doctors report telling you your next drag might be your last. I have seen more than a few people stop smoking at that life turning moment – when the doctor painted them the gloomy picture.
